6.5 RACE NOT ADMIN.CO.UK will not be liable for the delivery failure of race entry information where the member has not stored the correct delivery information BEFORE a race booking is submitted to the organising club. It is the responsibility of the member to update any stored data regularly.
6.6 RACE NOT ADMIN.CO.UK will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising from the cancellation or the rescheduling of the booked race meeting, all liabilities are the responsibility of the organising club.
6.7 You agree that all data submitted and stored on this website is your responsibility to udate regularly and keep your username and password secure you agree that RACE NOT ADMIN.CO.UK is not liable of for any security breech of your data.
7 INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold RACE NOT ADMIN.CO.UK and its employees and agents harmless from and against all liabilities, legal fees, damages, losses, costs and other expenses in relation to any claims or actions brought against RACE NOT ADMIN.CO.UK arising out of any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website.
8 SEVERANCE
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.
